Hallo.

Let’s celebrate. Seriously, we need any excuse for a party.

Today I revamped the website, which was running on an archaic version of Drupal, for those of you who are interested. Now, I’ve finally made the switch to Wordpress, enabling me update and speak my mind, in the easiest (and laziest) way possible, as the system is so, well, simplistic. Can’t really complain about that really.

Seems all good? It certainly is. However, there is one problem. I’ve lost my bloody articles. All of them.

All my content from my last website was no able to be ‘ported’ or ‘migrated’ into the new website. So, I’ve not got all my old stories, updates and posts: including the selected few that recieve a *huge* amount of hits. Pretty shite, I think you’ll agree. But, never fear. After making a bet with a colleague some few weeks ago, he owes me one, thus the new site will be populated with the old content very soon. After all, he owes me one.

Tuneskies of the Day

I’ve been doing a hell of a lot of work today, for Blast FM, and preparing to depart to England for a few days, among 101 other things, so I’ve been listening to a great deal of tunes. However, here’s some you should check out, if you’ve not done so already.

Cascada – Evacuate The Dancefloor on MUZU.

I know it’s been out for a good while now, but it still is a quality track.

Plus, from listening to BBC Radio 1 today, it’s really got stuck in my head. Also, Natalie is a babe.

Florence + The Machine – Rabbit Heart (Raise it Up) on MUZU.

“Crazy Hippie Florence”, as she was described on today’s ‘UK Top 20 Countdown’. Regardless, this is a superb track, and most definitely one of the stand-out track on the debut album ‘Lungs’, which you should rush out and buy, if you have not done so already.

Bizarre as it may be, it’s still something I came across this morning. Nirvana have been transformed in a mashup, only this time, with Rick Astley. It’s bonkers, but still very, very good.
