  • Tea’ Robot Stalker
noun., tea·mer·gen·cy - An event calling for the immediate dispersal of tea. This little fella' is stalking me and reading my tweets. Especially when they contain the word 'Tea' or the hashtag '#teamergency'. Who is he? Well, his name is 'Tea Robot' and he browses Twitter looking for mentions of his favourite drink. Plus, he works for Direct Line, helping people out of the problems of day to day life. The insurance company explored the British responses to crises and how they cope with the issues, and they found that 68% of people used tea to calm down and take a break, above any other remedy. They found that the public reached for a cup of the brew...

  • Buy your name for five quid!
Okay, it's not quite your name, but you can grab yourself a nice big .ie domain for just €5! Some other webhosts (most of whom are nasty and expensive, with no customer support) charge anything from €25 - 75 for this. • Fish on a Friday
Did you ever flush your goldfish down the toilet when it started to float to the surface, with one little fin slowly flapping for life, as it lay there dazed, and dying? Descriptive, but you get the point. Well, one goldfish suffered the same fate, but the little trooper found life again and swam his way to safety, only to be found (and rescued, if you will) by the local waterworks in Lanarkshire, England. Pretty astounding, I think you'll agree. I think the strangest bit is that Jake Huey, the worker, decided to retrieve it from the plant and pop it into a tank. Bonkers. What is not so crazy is this. Remember Prefab Sprout, the new wave band from Durham...

  • Sugababes – ‘Get Sexy’ – Yay, or Nay?
Surely you've heard it on your reliable commercial radio station, or on the late night playlist of MTV, when music is actually played, but 'Get Sexy' is the new song from Sugababes. Using samples from loads of tracks- seriously- it's either going to be huge, or a flop. What do you think? Yay or Nay? Sugababes - Get Sexy on MUZU. photo credit: jaimelondonboy...
