I used to be a big fan of VideoJug, the “How To” website with videos uploaded by professionals and users themselves, because of the excellent access to content of a good quality, and also due to some of the hilariously funny guides they’ve posted. I have learnt some helpful things that I needed to know- such as when I was hanging a curtain rail in the bathroom and when I needed to fold a tee-shirt, fast. They were enjoyable and fun to learn from, and strangely enough, I remember how to do the tasks I’ve watched. However, over the last few days I’ve been doing a lot of cooking in the kitchen, and my best friend while doing that has been YouTube.

Yesterday I cooked an omelette using a clip I found of some “chef”, and it was suprisingly good.  I stuffed it with a strange (but gorgeous) mix of sauté onions, diced peppers, cheese, bacon and some chopped up sausages. Was it tasty? You bet.

Perfection, really.

The secret? Butter and a hot pan. None of this sunflower oil junk.

Sure, its not as healthy, but it is golden good.

I wonder has Donal got any advice?
